Rosemary Roast Potatoes
- 24 Red potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Rosemary
- Kosher salt
Pre-heat oven to 425°. Cut potatoes thin and place on cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and kosher salt. Cook until golden brown (about 25 minutes).
