Grilled and Glazed Pork and Pineapple Kabobs

Serves: Four
Prep Time: 10 to 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 to 15 minutes


  • Two pork tenderloins, cut into 1″ – 2″ pieces
  • 1 sweet onion, cut into 1″ – 2″ pieces
  • One fresh Pineapple, cut into 1″ – 2″ pieces
  • ¼ cup fresh scallions, white only, chopped fine

Pork Seasoning:

  • Kosher salt & fresh cracked black pepper
  • Olive oil


  • 1 ½ cups Hoisin sauce
  • 2 cups Pineapple juice
  • 2 tbls Rice vinegar
  • 2 tsps Sesame oil
  • 1 tsps Brown sugar


  1. Pre-heat grill on high
  2. While the grill is heating, place the first four glaze ingredients into a saucepan and stir, bring just to a simmer. Do not boil the ingredients! Simmer, stirring frequently, until reduced to the consistency of a light syrup. Remove from the heat and add the brown sugar until it dissolves.
  3. On a serving plate make a bed of your favorite rice, top with grilled pork, onions & pineapple, drizzle glaze over dish and top with scallions
