Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Brush skin with vegetable oil or spray with no-stick cooking spray to prevent skin from drying. Bake until internal temperature reaches 180F in the thigh; 170F in the breast. Approximately 2-3 hours. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes before carving.
