Preparation Instructions:

From thawed.

Grilling: Prepare grill for medium direct-heat cooking. Spray both sides of cutlets with no-stick cooking spray. Place cutlets on grate and grill 2-3 minutes per side until turkey is lightly browned and no longer pink and internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165F.

Skillet: Spray large nonstick skillet with no-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add cutlets and cook for 2-2.5 minutes per side or until turkey is lightly browned and no longer pink and internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165F.
