Our delicate White Sole Filets are wonderful in a variety of recipes. Completely boneless, and individually vacuum packed. Very mild, delectable flavor. Known for its light taste and flaky texture, our Filet of Sole is a wonderful “family fish”. Baked, pan fried or sautéed, this fish is the perfect solution for a healthy, quick and easy meal!

Preparation Instructions:

From thawed.

Baking: Preheat oven to 350F. Place fish on baking pan, brush with butter or butter substitute and bake for approximately 10-12 minutes until fish flakes easily and is opaque in the middle.

Broiling: Surface of fish should be 3-4 inches from heat. Brush with butter or substitute. Broil for 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily and is opaque in the middle.
