Lamb Chops – Loin

Domestic center cut Loin Chops from lambs raised on Midwestern grain. Our 1 inch thick cuts are trimmed and lean. A very sweet and tender selection. Expertly trimmed so they look as wonderful as they taste. This cut is at its best when broiled or grilled.

Preparation Instructions:

From thawed.

Grilling: Sear both sides, one minute per side. Raise grill, continue cooking until desired doneness.

Pan Frying: Sear chops in heavy skillet lined with a small amount of olive oil or butter. Reduce heat to moderate until done.

Broiling: Boil 4 inches from heat source. Rare, 3-4 minutes per side. Medium, 5-6 minutes per side.
