Preparation Instructions:

From thawed.

Roasting: Preheat oven to 350F. Cook for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160F. Serve sliced at an angle.

Broiled/Grilled: Preheat broiler or outdoor grill. Place pork about 5-6 inches from the heat source. Cook 10 minutes until lightly browned. Turn, continue to cook 10 minutes more.
