Preparation Instructions:

From thawed.

Roasting: Preheat oven to 375F. Roast for 25-30 minutes (140F internal temperature for medium), 35-40 minutes (180F internal temperature for well). Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

For a golden brown surface try pan searing 2 minutes each side with a few tablespoons of olive oil before roasting. Save the juices to make a great gravy stock.
