Our Semi-Boneless Leg of Lamb is quite similar to a Boneless Leg and finishes with a deep rich flavor. Juicy and tender, this is an excellent choice for a Lamb Roast. Prepared for easy carving, Semi-Boneless Leg of Lamb has the shank and blade bones removed but leaves the flavorful bone leg bone intact.

Preparation Instructions:

From thawed.

Preheat oven to 350F. Remove roast from packaging and place in roasting pan. Roast uncovered for approximately 1-1.25 hours for medium rare. Most roasts should be cooked to medium rare to medium doneness. If you should desire a less or more done roast, use a meat thermometer.
