A. Hill's Home Market services a 200-mile radius from our Hudson, Massachusetts distribution center.

 3. Q. How is Hill's like a Warehouse Club?
A. Our concept goes far beyond what a typical warehouse club offers.  Many of our customers are former warehouse club shoppers who loved the idea of being able to stock up on items they frequently use but grew frustrated with the lack of consistency in product choice at the warehouse clubs.  With Hill's you decide on the products you want, the brands you like, and the sizes your family prefers - we have over 56,000 item to choose from - all delivered right to your home.  No more lugging heavy or bulky items like water, laundry detergent, paper towels, reams of paper, or pet food.  It's like having your own personal supermarket at home!  Much like your local supermarket, a warehouse club typically focuses on what sells best, and promotes its business by offering whatever kind of deal they can find to get you in the door.  By contrast, our goal is to keep you stocked and supplied with the items you want, not what sells best for us.

Gatorade comes in so many different varieties - powder, juice box, sports top, 32oz, 48oz, 68oz, 128oz, and perhaps most overwhelming are the number of flavors available!  Warehouse Clubs offer only a few of these flavors in maybe one or two sizes. With Hill's, if Gatorade makes it, we either already offer it or can get it for you!
 
 4. Q. Are you competitively priced?
A. Yes, we are competitively priced. Our grocery prices are comparable to those in your local supermarket. Our restaurant quality meats, fish and poultry are far superior to those in the supermarket and therefore our prices can be compared to a fine butcher shop or fish market. We unit price everything we sell, openly share our prices, and welcome you to compare.
 
 5. Q. Do I need to purchase a freezer in order to use your service?
A. Not necessarily. While it is not required that you purchase a freezer to use our service, we have found through many years of being in home delivery that having extra freezer space allows for greater flexibility since you will be stocking up on the products you use each week. For this reason, Hill's offers competively priced freezers for your convenience.
 
 6. Q. Do I have to buy from a predetermined menu?
A. No, quite the contrary. Unlike "freezer plans" that typically offer a limited number of products and predetermined menus based on your family size, we believe that our customers should have complete control over the decisions on what to purchase based on their individual family needs and weekly budget. With Hill's you are totally in control of the ordering process by choosing from over 56,000 items and buying whatever items you want. After all, who knows better what your family needs than you?
 
 7. Q. Can you help me estimate my families food needs?
A. Yes, should you need assistance our friendly staff are all trained to assist you in planning and placing your order according to your individual family needs and food budget. A. If you like to do things yourself, begin by browsing our catalog, select the items you want to purchase and proceed to checkout. A. There are 4 ways to place your order:

10. Q. After I place my order, how long will it take for delivery?
A. Delivery is usually within two (2) weeks from the date we receive your order. When your order is ready a company representative will contact you to set up a convenient delivery date and time.   
 
11. Q. What is your return policy?
A. We stand behind our products 100%. This means that if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with any of our products you may return them for an exchange or a full credit within 120 days of purchase date.
 
12. Q. Do I have to be home for my delivery?
A. No.  Better than half of our customers' deliveries are made unattended. All of our company couriers are insured, and scheduling arrangements are made well in advance of your delivery date.
 
13. Q. How do I pay for my purchases?
A. We accept all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and any ATM/ Debit cards bearing the MasterCard or Visa logo. We also accept personal checks and offer convenient monthly payment options (subject to approval).
 
14. Q. Since I will be stocking up, do I need a lot storage space for my products?
A. No. In fact most customers are surprised how little space is actually needed to stock up.
 
15. Q. Does Hill's Home Market sell or rent personal information about its customers to third parties?
A. No, Hill's Home Market understands, recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining your privacy. To demonstrate our commitment we have created a Privacy Statement that is described on our web site. Hill's does not sell or rent personal information about individual customers (such as name, address, telephone number, email address) to third parties.
