The ‘King of Steaks’. Aged 8oz. Filet Mignon thick cut and closely hand-trimmed. These are the ultimate in tender and juicy perfection. Bake up some spuds and celebrate meat and potatoes at their best.

Preparation Instructions:

Defrost then broil or BBQ 8 minutes for rare, 10 minutes for medium and 12 minutes for well; turning once. Can also be cooked from frozen with cooking times extended.
